Aaron Andrews is a 2000 graduate of Great Bend High School, and a 2005 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After a decade in the banking industry, he decided to bring his passion for real estate investments to others by transitioning into real estate sales in 2015. Because of his unique background, Aaron can help home buyers navigate the entire process seamlessly.
“We want to be the best in the business, and we plan to do that by offering advice and expertise when it’s needed,” Andrews says. “Education will be a key part of our core values, especially with first time homebuyers. We want to help them learn about home buying, home ownership, maintenance, and real estate investments which will be a huge advantage to our clients.”

A Great Bend native, Sarah was born and raised south of town on her family’s farm. Her agricultural background will be a great asset as she assists sellers and buyers in our rural communities. She brings great enthusiasm, personal knowledge of the market, and extensive customer service experience to MPIRE.” Sarah is a graduate of Great Bend High School and attended Fort Hays State University where she studied business and leadership. “I am a fresh face in the real estate industry, and I’m excited to help both buyers and sellers throughout Central Kansas,” Panning says. Sarah lives in Great Bend with her beautiful daughter Paisley. Always active in the community, Panning is a Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, member of Barton County Young Professionals, and leader for MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers).

Holman is a Great Bend native, having moved to the area when he was six years old with his parents, Marty and Dr. Dee Holman. After graduating from Great Bend High School in 2002, he continued his education at Manhattan Area Technical College where he studied computer-aided drafting. Those skills have served him well in the engineering department at KMW Ltd in Great Bend.
“I am a fresh face in the real estate industry, but I am eager to help people through the process of buying a home or investment property, whether it be their first or their fiftieth,” Holman says. “I will focus on customer satisfaction, and look forward to working with new people and providing them with the best service in the business with MPIRE Realty Group.”
Mac and his wife, Ashley, live in Hoisington with their two children, Jade and Jack.

Jessica is a Great Bend native. Prior to joining MPIRE Realty Group she was with Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate. Jessica is currently serving in the community as a Great Bend Chamber Ambassador, and an active member of Barton County Young Professionals. She also served on the Giving Tuesday Committee through the Golden Belt Community Foundation and was a past member of the Great Bend City Council. She organizes her time between two jobs, a fitness instructor and owner of Beyond Limits Personal Training and a realtor at MPIRE Realty. “Whether it be in personal training or real estate, I feel I’m creating a relationship with the people I serve,” she said. “It’s not just a transaction. It’s a relationship and even if I sold you a house two years ago or trained you five years ago, I’m going to feel like I have a relationship, with you, and a good one.” Jessica has two grown daughters and one grandson.

Jessy was born in Nebraska and raised in Topeka. She moved “home” to Claflin in 2007 after graduating from Emporia State University with a degree in Education. After five years in the classroom, she decided to apply her child development skills to raising her own family. Jessica’s husband, Drew, works for his family’s electrical business in addition to owning his own lawn care business. Jessica’s entrepreneurial and creative skills support these endeavors as sell as her own art business called The Pink Dandelion. Kirmer brings energy and enthusiasm to the central Kansas real estate market. Pairing her knowledge of Barton County with a friendly smile and top-notch customer service, she said she looks forward to serving the community and her clients. An active member of the community, Jessy is involved in Barton County Young Professionals, has volunteered at the local library, and has served as a leader for Great Bend MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). While working to build her real estate experience, Jessy and her husband Drew are busy with three boys, Huntley, Holter, and Hollis.

Sergio Ramirez grew up in Great Bend and was thrilled for the opportunity to come back and be part of this community.First as a teacher and now, also, as a Realtor. “I enjoyed being a Great Bend Panther as a student and athlete and I am enjoying seeing the other side of things from a teacher and coach’s point of view.” Sergio is currently a High School Art Teacher, Assistant Football Coach, and Reading Interventionist for USD 428. “I entered the teaching profession because I wanted to work with people, build relationships, and to make a difference in the lives of students during a really important part of their life. I want to do the same thing with realty. I want to build lasting relationships helping people through the very important process of buying or selling a home.” I am very excited to join the group of capable professionals at MPIRE and hope to bring the same care guiding homebuyers as I take in guiding my students and athletes.” Sergio graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Art in Art Education and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. He is also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and welcomes calls in either language. Sergio lives in Great Bend with his wife Lacy and two daughters Maria and Isabela.

Desiree grew up in Dorrance, KS and graduated from Wilson High School. In 2012 she graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Desiree currently works at Wilson Elementary School teaching Third Grade. In 2015 she started working as a real estate agent. Desiree has two children, Kylee (14) and Bo (3). Her husband, Luke, works for Union Pacific Railroad and they reside in Wilson. She enjoys spending time with her family; boating, kayaking, riding our Harleys, and watching the Chiefs play. “I’m excited to be a part of the MPIRE Realty team, serving the Wilson and surrounding communities!”

Nicole is new to the real estate business but excited to start a new adventure. A Barton county native growing up in Great Bend and Hoisington, she attended BCC and later the University of Kansas, studying Psychology. After living in the KC metro area for a decade she decided it was time to return home. “I enjoyed my time away but returning home was the best decision I have ever made. Our community is unique and welcoming, and I am proud to have decided to come back and put down roots.” She has enjoyed a successful career in the restaurant business, currently employed as the General Manager of Perkins Restaurant and Bakery. “I enjoy serving our community great food with people who are passionate to do the same.” She is also a member of the Great Bend Pilot Club since 2017. “I chose to get into real estate because I have a love for houses with character and possibilities and I hope to help others find their home, whether that be their first or forever home.” Nicole and her husband John are working toward rehabbing their 100 year old dream home. In 2018 she became the mommy to Sebastian, that is her favorite title.

Dianne grew up in Larned, KS and graduated from Larned High School in 1968. In 1982 Dianne obtained her real estate license and started her career with Carr Auction & Realty in Larned. In 1995 she continued her career and became a broker. For 10 years she was a partner with Petrik Auction & Realty in La Crosse, KS. After moving to Great Bend in 2005 she opened her own real estate office and ran it until 2010 and then transitioned to Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate. In November 2020 she joined the team at Mpire Realty Group. “I have been in the real estate business for 38 years and I can’t imagine doing anything else. There is a sense of pride and enjoyment to see a happy family in a new home that I helped them purchase. Also working with sellers is a joy on the day you can hand them their proceeds check and they can move on with their life plans.” Dianne is also an insurance agent licensed in fire & casualty, life & health. Dianne has 2 grown children, a son and daughter, 7 grandsons and 3 great granddaughters.

Kristi (Achatz) Oetken was born and raised in Great Bend. She, her husband John, and their daughter Laci, live and work on their family farm and are owners of Oetken Body Shop. Kristi has previous experience in the insurance industry and is currently enjoying the opportunity to focus on her clients at Glow Boutique and Tan. Kristi thinks of her clients as family and is excited to help them achieve their dreams, whether that is purchasing a home or an investment property. Kristi has a passion for customer service and carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. You can count on her to keep the process fluid, understandable, and as low-stress as possible.
