Aaron Andrews is a 2000 graduate of Great Bend High School, and a 2005 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After a decade in the banking industry, he decided to bring his passion for real estate investments to others by transitioning into real estate sales in 2015. Because of his unique background, Aaron can help home buyers navigate the entire process seamlessly.

“We want to be the best in the business, and we plan to do that by offering advice and expertise when it’s needed,” Andrews says. “Education will be a key part of our core values, especially with first time homebuyers. We want to help them learn about home buying, home ownership, maintenance, and real estate investments which will be a huge advantage to our clients.”

Jessica has a proven track record as a realtor and associate broker with MPIRE Realty. She has served her hometown of Great Bend in real estate for over 6 years now.

She is proud to be an active member of our community as she serves as a Great Bend Chamber Ambassador, a member of the Great Bend Chamber Board of Directors as well as the Golden Belt Foundation Board. She is an active member of the Barton County Young Professionals and a past member of the Great Bend City Council.

Jessica is excellent at managing her time. In addition to her roles with MPIRE Realty, she is sole owner and fitness instructor of Beyond Limits Training. Jessica said, “My passion is creating relationships with my clients in both real estate and personal training. I value the lifelong relationships I have built throughout my career.”

Above everything, Jessica values her relationships with her family as she has raised two adult daughters and also has a young grandson.

Dianne grew up in Larned, KS and graduated from Larned High School in 1968.  In 1982 Dianne obtained her real estate license and started her career.  In 1995 she continued her career and became a broker.  For 10 years she was a partner with a real estate & auction company in La Crosse, KS.  After moving to Great Bend in 2005 she opened her own real estate office and ran it until 2010 and then transitioned to Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate.  In November 2020 she joined the team at Mpire Realty Group.  “I have been in the real estate business for over 40 years and I can’t imagine doing anything else.  There is a sense of pride and enjoyment to see a happy family in a new home that I helped them purchase.  Also working with sellers is a joy on the day you can hand them their proceeds check and they can move on with their life plans.”  Dianne is also an insurance agent licensed in fire & casualty, life & health.  Dianne has 2 grown children, a son and daughter, 7 grandsons and 5 great granddaughters.

Desiree is a Dorrance native and has lived in the Wilson/Dorrance area for the last thirteen years. She started her career in real estate in 2015 while also teaching elementary education in Hoisington and then Wilson. As with her teaching career, Desiree is extremely passionate about helping others. She is known to go above and beyond for her clients. Helping her clients achieve their goal of buying or selling and making the transaction as smooth as possible is her main priority. Desiree’s husband, Luke, works for Union Pacific Railroad and together they reside in Wilson where they are raising their three children. Desiree and her family enjoy the outdoors. Jessy was born in Nebraska and raised in Topeka.  She moved “home” to Claflin in 2007 after graduating from Emporia State University with a degree in Education.  After five years in the classroom, she decided to apply her child development skills to raising her own family.  Jessica’s husband, Drew, works for his family’s electrical business in addition to owning his own lawn care business.   Jessy’s entrepreneurial and creative skills support these endeavors as well as her own art business called The Pink Dandelion.   Kirmer brings energy and enthusiasm to the central Kansas real estate market.  Pairing her knowledge of Barton County, and surrounding areas, with a friendly smile and top-notch customer service, she said she looks forward to serving the community and building relationships with her clients.  An active member of the community, Jessy is Vice President of Barton County Young Professionals, serves as a team member for the Barton Arts Movement, a board member for the Claflin Discovery Center, has volunteered at the local library, and has served as a leader for Great Bend MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers).  While working to build her real estate experience, Jessy and her husband Drew are busy with four boys, Huntley, Holter, Hollis and Hayes and their dog, Goose.

Holman is a Great Bend native, having moved to the area when he was six years old with his parents, Marty and Dr. Dee Holman. After graduating from Great Bend High School in 2002, he continued his education at Manhattan Area Technical College where he studied computer-aided drafting. He currently works within MPIRE not only as a realtor, but with other entities.  Mac has been on the real estate scene since 2017 when MPIRE Realty began its journey.

Sergio Ramirez grew up in Great Bend and was thrilled for the opportunity to come back and be part of this community.First as a teacher and now, also, as a Realtor. “I enjoyed being a Great Bend Panther as a student and athlete and I am enjoying seeing the other side of things from a teacher and coach’s point of view.” Sergio is currently a High School Art Teacher, Assistant Football Coach, and Reading Interventionist for USD 428. “I entered the teaching profession because I wanted to work with people, build relationships, and to make a difference in the lives of students during a really important part of their life. I want to do the same thing with realty. I want to build lasting relationships helping people through the very important process of buying or selling a home.” I am very excited to join the group of capable professionals at MPIRE and hope to bring the same care guiding homebuyers as I take in guiding my students and athletes.” Sergio graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Art in Art Education and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. He is also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and welcomes calls in either language. Sergio lives in Great Bend with his wife Lacy and two daughters Maria and Isabela.

Nicole has been a licensed REALTOR since 2020. A Barton county native, growing up in Great Bend and Hoisington, she attended BCC and later the University of Kansas, studying Psychology.

After living in the KC metro area for a decade she decided it was time to return home. “I enjoyed my time away but returning home was the best decision I have ever made. Our community is unique and welcoming, and I am proud to have decided to come back and put down roots.”

Nicole is active in her community, she is a member of the Great Bend Pilot Club and the Hoisington Community Women’s Club. She and her husband John were also honored to serve as 2023 Co-Chairs for the United Way of Central Kansas.

Nicole has enjoyed a successful career in the restaurant business, currently employed as the General Manager of Perkins Restaurant and Bakery. “I enjoy serving our community great food with people who are passionate to do the same. My employees are definitely my favorite part of my job. I am not in the restaurant business so much as I am in the people business.” After purchasing a flip property with her husband, Nicole decided she wanted to know more about Real Estate. “I chose to become a Realtor because I have a love for houses with character and possibilities. I enjoy helping customers navigate both the home buying and selling process. Every customer has a different set of needs and I like the challenge of helping them get what they want whether buying or selling.”

Nicole and her husband John are working on remodeling their 100 year old dream home. They are proud parents of two sons, Sebastian and Jack.

Gidget was raised in Michigan and graduated from Otsego High School. While raising her two daughters she also attended University of Michigan and graduated in 1986 with a M.S. For 35 years she had managed a successful canine grooming salon and retail store in Fairbanks, Alaska, she was the CEO of a small general contractor business and an owner of numerous rental properties for the last 10 years. She is well versed in all phases of running a business from start up, permits, customer service and sales, for her last 2 years she has been a successful realtor in Alaska specializing in commercial and residential real estate.

She and her husband, Rusty, moved to Great Bend in the summer of 2021 to be near to their 4 grandsons. This summer, 2023 she opened Dazzle Dog Spa LLC in Great Bend. She is an AKC dog show judge and a breeder of Alaskan Malamutes under the SnowyBleu Kennel name. She is a member of Lions International and Great Bend Noon Lions. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, dogs, gunsmithing, hunting, gardening, quilting, golfing and helping in her community. Her husband Rusty is an ice road trucker and continues to fly to Fairbanks to work in his field.
